Jubilee NYC Talks About Ministry System, Expansion Plans

Jubilee NYC ministries spoke about how and what they would like to achieve through their projects. Now they have clearer ideas and plans for their organization including goals and a vision for moving forward. 

The General Manager of Jubilee NYC, Mihee Gwon, explained, "We have four divisions of ministries, which are Jubilee Chorus, Jubilee Chamber Orchestra, Jubilee Worship [Band], and Jubilee Dance. Each division has different levels of membership. We categorize these into three tiers: Jubilee committed members, registered members, and new members."

Gwon continued, "Our current short-term goal is to achieve 40 members. Jubilee NYC has registered 30 members already. This however does not include the Chamber Orchestra and Dance team members. They hope to reach this goal by October. When the goal of 40 people is reached, the next goal is 70 people, and then 120." 

The various ministries also offer activities such as performing, Bible studies, prayer meetings, and fellowship in which all members can participate.

Lastly, Gwon explained regarding the ministry system, "It is very important to have clear goals and purpose of what we are doing, especially, when we work for God and the Kingdom of Heaven. Our main goal of New York Jubilee is to praise the Lord and spread His will and love through the arts." 

Continuing, she said, "Even though we all are from different places and different backgrounds, we love to share our talents through music, dance, and singing to praise God. People who love Jesus, praising, giving their hearts to others are all welcome to join us."

Jubilee NYC is still welcoming new members and looking forward to working together for this as well as future seasons.
