This week the message was about success. Most people's life dream is to gain success. This means lots of power, fame and possessions. That's also the reason that parents send their kids to different kinds of training's to take lessons. They expect their kids to have a successful life and kids end up under a lot of pressure to get compliments through surpassing others. But the life of Jesus showed a totally different way of attracting so many followers. When a dispute about who is the greatest among the disciples was raised up, Jesus taught them the life of serving each other. The way in heaven is the opposite of the way we are pursuing.
Before the sermon, Kaitie performed a special dance to the song "no longer slave" to testify how her life has changed. This week she suddenly decided to do a 3-month mission trip all by herself because she felt this is what God wanted her to do now.
