Jubilee Sendai Performs During Sendai Gospel Festival

On November 14, Jubilee Sendai in Japan performed at the street gospel festival,Sendai Gospel Festival, with abundant grace.

The "14th Sendai Gospel Festival" was held on the Sendai main street and Jubilee Sendai also participated this year. In total, 96 gospel teams participated and performed and the Jubilee team performed two songs: Amazing Grace and Always with me (主がそばにいるから).

Abundant grace fell upon all the people who were there and the Gospel was spread throughout Sendai city during the otherwise rainy day.

One performer shared afterwards, "When we sang a song that was full of the love of God, people stopped and listened to our music. I felt that the love of God was delivered to many souls and the their cold hearts."

The national representative of Jubilee World Japan, Hiroki Tanaka, shared in a comment, "I am very thankful for the guidance of God to lead us to participate this event. Sendai church was established this year and by the great grace of God they gathered people who loved God and music so much."

Tanaka continued, "This was a small movement jointly held by Jubilee Tokyo and Sendai. I hope that Jubilee Japan could set up more Jubilee members in other cities and be used by a great work of Holy Spirit."

"There are great gospel movements in Japan now. Japanese people are interested in singing Gospel songs these days. We hope that the gospel music could be a good tool of evangelism and help spread the Gospel in the land of Japan naturally," Tanaka concluded enthusiastically.

Jubilee Japan is requesting prayers for its activities and for great developments in the remainder of the year and beyond.
