In May 2020, Dr. Woodmore graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with his doctorate in music education. Philip's research interests are in the changing voice and the middle school singing experience and also transformation in the arts. Philip is thankful for the many musical opportunities he has been afforded and continues to trust God as he serves Him through music.
Dr. Phil began the collaboration conversation with Pastor Reuben Chae in April 2023. With the opportunity of approaching 21st general assembly, Jubilee is able to work with Dr. Phil more closely. He conducted choir rehearsals to Jubilee Worship School attendees and provided vocal coaching to our second generations, who range from 14 to 17 years old and have developing vocal cords. Students loved working with Dr. Phil, who gave very constructive tips and feedback on breathing, tone qualities, and stage presence, transforming shy students into powerful singers.
Jubilee is thankful to have started coworking with Dr. Phil and looks forward to increasingly long term opportunities and concerts ahead.
