Jubilee Chicago last week welcomed two new members, Valentina and Ionut. Valentina and Ionut are mother and son and both of them compose Christian hymns and worship songs.

The two contacted the Christian music fellowship in Chicago after seeing a Craigslist ad.

Valentina said, "God even works through Craigslist. We have been searching for this kind of musical fellowship."

She revealed, "My son and I had a car accident last year and it really awoke me to play more worship songs for God."

Her son, Ionut, can play many instruments including the piano, clarinet, drums, and more. Ionut is a music producer in Chicago.

The family was inspired by what Jubilee is doing and will let many other musicians to know about this ministry.

In a spontaneous performance, Valentina and Ionut played several songs they composed. Most of the songs were based on Bible verses such as, "I am a blind man" (Mark 10:46~52) and "Tears in Gethesmane," which both were excellent pieces.
