Virginia's Jubilee Richmond Holds First Organizational Meeting, Confirms Easter Concert

Jubilee Richmond Holds First Organizational Meeting

Jan 20, 2016

Last weekend, Jubilee Richmond held its first organizational meeting, sharing the vision, goal, and plan of the ministry, as well as confirm activity plans for upcoming events.

With a short message based on Psalms 150, the purpose of the meeting was explained. A total of four musicians joined the meeting, two bass guitar players, a drummer, and a trombone player, impressed by the vision of the ministry.

Two participants, Robert and Mike, have been working together as a team and had been looking for a ministry that wishes to serve through contemporary worship music.

Among the other participants, Jeffery is a retired professor of music and a trombone player and will take the role of team leader.

Audrey, who is a bass and cello player, shared, "I wanted to be part of a Christian musicians' network, and it is a very good opportunity. I will also ask other musicians if they'd want to join."

Jubilee Richmond is now looking to recruit a keyboard player and singers to complete the team.

An Easter concert was confirmed to be held on either March 18 or 19 and the ministry asks for prayers that God will send musicians who are prepared to use their talent for God and praise His name through them.
