Jubilee NYC Held Easter Concert

Jubilee NYC participated in the 2016 Northeastern Church Easter gathering in NYC. The time of praise on Saturday night lead the participants into deep worship and adoration towards God. 

The band consisted of 3 singers and 3 instrumentalists. One sister from Jubilee Dance also performed a dance to live music called "Now Behold the Lamb." The atmosphere was graceful and powerful. Several members testified the grace they received during the time of praise. 

"Jubilee praise night led me to have moments of intimacy with God. I distinctly remember the song "Fill me up." The lyrics sang "fill me up God.. Fill me up God.." repeatedly, so I close my eyes to sing. That's when I felt my plea to God became real. I needed Him to fill up my life and myself with Him. I pictured a jar being filled up by God himself. How much sacrifice he has made for me to lead me to this point. With love, the Lord reassured me that he will guide and comfort me. Even though I was tired that night, God's warm embrace gave me peace. Lord Jesus, please continue to fill me up with your Truth and Spirit, amen." -Dorothy Li

This concert and retreat showed me God's grace and mercy. I was able to flow and feel the spirit moving fluidly through God's children. There was so much love all around it was impossible not to feel at peace and uplifted. I am thankful for the light energy that I experienced while in Dover. -Ayana Wildgoose, Jubilee Dance
